Jaisalmer has little nightlife, but capable to keep us occupied in the charm form of traditional dances, and the full moon in the sky ever makes it much Romantic. Jaisalmer is very hot in the summers. Summer season persists from April to half of August. The daytime temperature remains very high and usually touches around 43°C. Nights are relatively cooler typical of arid desert climate and the temperature comes down to as low as 24 °C.


Weather in winter
Winters in Jaisalmer are a lot cooler with day temperature remaining pleasant around 24°C. And nights are so cool with the temperature as low as 4 to 6°C. The winter falls around November and continues till February end.

Weather in Monsoon
As Jaisalmer is situated in area of great Thar Desert monsoon is as good as negligible. Though western disturbance brings around 15 centimeters of annual rainfall, Jaisalmer almost remains dry for most time of the year.
